London Fashion Week AW25: Behind the Scenes

22 February 2025

London Fashion Week in February is always a particular kind of energy. The collections shown this season leaned into quiet tailoring — oversized coats with precise shoulders, tonal layering, and a return to textured knits that felt considered rather than cosy.

From the shows at the BFC Showspace to presentations across the city, the mood was restrained confidence. Brands like Dunhill and Ozwald Boateng continued to push structured menswear forward, while newer names brought a rawer, more personal aesthetic.

For clients, the takeaway is clear: invest in outerwear with presence. A well-cut coat is doing more work than ever. The colour palette centred on charcoal, navy, deep burgundy, and unexpected flashes of rust.

The best-dressed attendees understood the same principle — one strong piece, worn simply. No costume, no effort on display. Just conviction.
